YOUR PLANS CC is a company that does the drafting of house plans (big and small) for individuals according to their needs and specifications as well as the supply of building materials for various projects.
We offer the following services:
- An Initial appointment to determine what our prospective clients' needs and desired outcomes are.
- We make objective suggestions and give advice regarding the project at hand.
- We draft and draw all plans, including additions, extensions, alterations and renovations.
- In the case where no existing plans are available, we also re-draw existing buildings.
- We send a free, no obligation quotation within 24 hours of the initial appointment.
- We facilitate the submission of plans to the municipality for approval (within 10 working days) at an additional fee.
- We supply relevant quotations for required building materials for projects of any kind.
- We deliver materials to building sites in Johannesburg and Pretoria.

QUOTATIONS
All quotations are sent within 24 hours of an enquiry being made.
Quotations for plans are based on the following:
- R55/m2 for drawing plans.
- R75/m2 for designing new plans.
- R20/plan for the printing of plans.
- R3.50/km travelled.
- R150 for obtaining information from the municipality, such as SG Diagrams, Zoning Information, Existing Plans for the relavant erf/stand/property.
- R10/m2 municipal charge for all unapproved drawings.
- We charge 75% of the total amount quoted before starting with the project.
- The remaining 25% of the total amount quoted is due on completion of the project (before the approved plan is given).
Quotations for building materials are based on the following:
- All prices include VAT.
- All prices are subject to change without notice - depending on suppliers.
- Delivery is charged according to quantities ordered, as well as delivery address.
- The full amount is payable on acceptance of a quotation before any orders will be placed.
- A price list of materials can be e-mailed on request.
